The fees for this service are as followed:
Service charge: £200 P/M
- £50 Per User, Per month + Service charge
Keeping costs down
Outsourced IT departments costs a lot less than paying a monthly salary. We charge one standard rate each month plus the price of replacement parts.
This services includes our amazing remote support package. This means that we dont have to waste critical time trailing to your business. Instead we can instantly access your computers systems diagnose the issues and implement a fix for the issue.
Predictable IT Costs
The price includes all of our costs, you wont pay another penny for our services. The other only expense is the cost of replacing hardware and purchasing software. We work to a strict budget so rest assured you will never pay more that whats absolutely necessary. Should we need to purchase products to replace yours we will first consult with you then purchase them on your behalf. Rest assured though, we will only charge you what we are charged and therefore will not profit of these purchases.
Users and their support
We understand staff come and go. Should staff leave during the contract then its unfair for you to be paying for support they are not going to receive. We will happily lower the price of your contract if someone leaves. The same applies if someone joins.
We love to save you money. Should you take out a 6 month contract you will receive a 5% discount for the duration of the total contract. Should you take out a 12 month contract you will receive a 10% discount for the total contract duration.
